桑叶中黄酮类化学成分及药理作用研究进展

Advances in Studies on Chemical Constituents From Mulberry Flavonoids and Its Pharmacological Effects

桑叶作为药食两用的重要植物资源,近年来成为国内外学者关注和研究的热点。桑叶具有降血糖、降血压、降低胆固醇、抗肿瘤、抗病毒、抗衰老等多种药理作用。黄酮类化合物是桑叶中重要的活性成分,现对桑叶中黄酮类化学成分及其药理作用的研究进展作一综述。

As an important drug resources, Mulberry leaves have been a hot topic for scientists to study all over the world in recent years. Mulberry leaves have many kinds of pharmacological effects, such as bringing down blood sugar, blood pressure and cholesterol, resisting tumor, virus and fatigue, etc. Mulberry flavonoids is a group of active components of mulberry leaves. In this paper the research progress of Mulberry flavonoids about their chemical constituents and physiological functions is summarized.
