农业现代化的实现是一项复杂的系统工程，不能片面地强调土地的规模经营、农业劳 动力的转移、社会化服务体系建设和优质高产高效农业发展，而必须从产业整体角度去定位。
The realization of agricultural modernization is a complicated systematic engineering, and the scale of land operation, the transfer of agricultural labors, the construction of social services system, the development high quality, high production and high efficiency agriculture should not be lopsidedly emphasized. The realization must be judged from a general industrial point of view.
