旋转滑片式制冷压缩机用润滑油应用研究

The Application Research on the Lubrication Oil used for the Rotating Vanes Refrigeration Compressor (RVRC)

旋转滑片式制冷压縮机应用Caltex产品润滑油,其ISO粘度级数为68,在Q×14ω.D压缩机中油扰动损失占压缩机总损失的42.7％、为提高压縮机经济性,笔者对多种冷冻油进行试验、证实若改用低粘度的冷冻油虽使输入功率略有下降,但制冷量下降幅度大,导致COP值大幅度下降。试验结沦提示在旋转滑片式制冷压缩机中经试验确定的润滑油品种应不更改。此结论可推广到滚动转子式制冷压縮机。

The refrigeration oil of CALTEX product whose visicosity number (ISO) is 68 is applied in the RVRC.The energy loss of oil tumult is 42.7% of the total energy loss.In order to get more economical value, the author has done lots of experiments on compressor using different kinds of oilo It is proved that although the use of lower viscosity oil drops the input energy, the refrigeration capacity gose down, in a larger scaie which leads to the great loss of COP value. The experiments show that the kinds of the lubrication oil tested by experiments can not be changed. The results can also be applied in the rolling piston refrigeration compressor。
