剑桥商务英语教学对学生人格的培养与影响

摘要 在高等教育中,素质教育已经成为中国教育改革和人才培养的指导思想。我们必须十分重视对学生素质的培养,使英语教育和素质教育完美结合,才会培养出理论素质和人文素质都比较高的专门人才。教与学是一个统一体,在剑桥商务英语教学中应该融入人格教育,使学生具备良好的团队意识和职业道德,成为掌握得体的商务交往礼仪和富有创新意识的有健康人格的人。通过一系列的调查研究发现剑桥商务英语教学中如果能够恰当地运用素质教育就很有可能极大地提高教学效果并刺激学生学习这门课程的积极性。通过应用素质教育,培养学生在掌握商务英语基本概念和词汇的基础上,提高学生解决实际商务问题的能力,引导他们全面地、辩证地思考问题,引导他们把书本知识和社会实践联系起来。 In higher education,All-around Development Education is a guiding theory for Chinese education re- form and talent training.Only by focusing on humanities education, and then integrating it with scientific education, can all-around talents are fostered and then serve the society.Teaching and learning is a unity,Cambridge Business English teaching should be integrated into the personality education.Try to make the students to have the good team conscious- ness and the career morality.Try to become the persons who have appropriate business etiquette,innovative awareness as well as healthy personality.Applying All-around Development Education in BEC Teaching heightened teaching purposes greatly;students not only master essential concepts and vocabulary,but also improve their abilities of abstract thinking, full-scale and dialectic reasoning.At the same time,teachers could make student know how to combine book learning with social practicing, emphasizing social situation and experience.
