我国非公企业职工的心理压力状况及应对策略——以湖北省为例

摘要 调查显示,我国非公企业的绝大多数职工感觉生活有压力,同时大部分职工对未来生活和工作的改善保有信心。非公企业职工心理压力的来源,从内部看主要体现在职业安全感、工作时间、职业保障及发展、工作中的人际关系等方面;从外部看,经济收入低,同时物价上涨太快是造成职工心理压力的一个重要原因,而住房、医疗和子女教育负担也给职工带来了越来越大的心理压力。要缓解我国非公企业职工的心理压力,职工自身要不断提高素质,设定合理的人生目标;企业则需转变管理重心,探索实行弹性工作制等新办法;政府也应创造良好的外部大环境,减轻职工面临的外部压力。
