鼻咽癌放疗并发症预防及护理体会

目的探讨鼻咽癌放疗并发症的预防及护理措施。方法回顾性分析我院2007年1月至2009年12月实施鼻咽癌放疗92例患者的护理措施,分为综合护理和常规护理2组,观察2组的临床治疗效果。结果 2组在临床症状改善率及并发症方面比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论综合护理能有效的预防鼻咽癌放疗并发症的发生,为提高治疗效果提供先期保障。

Objective To evaluate the radiotherapy complications prevention and care measures.Methods Retrospective analyzed our hospital 92 patients＇ with radiotherapy care measures in January 2007--December 2009,divided into integrated care group and usual care group,observed the clinical outcomes. Results The two groups clinical improvement and complications rates were significantly different（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The comprehensive care can effectively prevent the occurrence of complications of radiotherapy,to provide early treatment to improve security.
