分泌性中耳炎临床治疗研究

目的观察分泌性中耳炎的临床疗效。方法采用回顾性分析的方法,对我院耳鼻喉科2005年6月至2010年6月应用鼓膜穿刺后高负压吸引加药物灌洗方法治疗的80例患者119耳进行疗效分析。结果本组80例(119耳)平均治疗4.5次,其中20例仅治疗1次即痊愈。在治疗过程中均未发生全身不良反应,亦未发生化脓性中耳炎及其它并发症。随访6个月～1年,治愈63例(78.75%),好转11例(13.75%),无效6例(7.5%),总有效率为92.5%。结论鼓膜穿刺后高负压吸引加药物灌洗疗法治疗分泌性中耳炎疗效满意。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of secretory otitis media.Methods A retrospective analysis method,analysis in June 2008--June 2010 Department of OtolarYngology,where the authors of 80 cases of 119 patients with ear drum puncture plus high suction lavage treatment of drug treatment. Results The group of 80 patients （119 ears） treated 4.5 times on average,20 cases treated only 1 Jiyu. In the course Of treatment of systemic adverse reactions were not,nor complicated by otitis media other diseases. Patients were followed up for 6 months to I year,cured 63 cases （78.75%）,improved in 11 cases （13.75%）,6 cases（7.5%）,with a total effective rate was 92.5%.Conclusion of secretory otitis media for active and effective treatment for anti--deaf, deaf governance is important,tympanic membrane puncture high suction irrigation therapy plus medication satisfactory secretory otitis media.
