多层螺旋CT尿路造影诊断腔静脉后输尿管

Multi-slice spiral CT Urography for diagnosing retrocaval ureter

目的探讨腔静脉后输尿管的多层螺旋CT尿路造影对其的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析3年来我院收治6例经证实腔静脉后输尿管的CT表现和临床资料。结果 6例腔静脉后输尿管的多层螺旋CT尿路造影表现均为患侧肾盂及输尿管不同程度扩张,狭窄并受压段的输尿管位于腔静脉后方,可呈"鱼钩形""或"S"形。其中有1例患者发现有肾结石。结论多层螺旋CT尿路造影在诊断腔静脉后输尿管及并发症、鉴别方面有独到价值。

Objective To discuss the diagnostic value of Multi--slice spiral CT urography （MSCTU） for retrocaval ureter. Methods 6 cases of retroeaval ureter with CT manifestations and chemical data confirmed by imagical pathology in our hospital within recent 3 years were analyzed retrospectively.Results The MSCTU features of retrocaval ureter in all 6 cases showed different degrees of dilatation along the ipsilateral renal pelvis and metesland the stenosed and compressed position of motes located at the pester ion aspect of inferior were cava presented as ＂fish hook＂ or＂s＂shape with 1 case complicated by renal calculus.Conclusion Multi slice spiral CT Urography provides specific value for the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of retrocaval ureter and its complication.
