摘要 目的分析高中学生健康体检心电图变化特点,探讨其临床意义。方法分析428例高中学生健康体检心电图资料,并对异常心电图者作相应处理后复查心电图,且进行初查和复查结果作对比。结果心电图异常率17.99%,在异常心电图中以窦性心律失常为主(70.29%),ST-T改变占15.84%,早期复极综合征占9.9%,其他占3.87%。在相应处理后复查心电图,异常率仅占1.16%。初查和复查心电图有统计学差异。结论高中学生的心电图异常变化以窦性心律失常为最常见,其次为ST-T改变,其发生与心理情绪应激、自主神经调节密切相关,其心电图特点不具有提示心血管疾病的临床意义。 Objective Analyzing the characteristics of healthy high school students'ECG changes and discussing the clinical significance. Methods Analysislng ECG data of 428 healthy high school students, and those for the corresponding abnormal ECG after review, and conduct preliminary investigation and review the results for comparison. Results 17.99% rate of abnormal ECG, abnormal ECG in sinus rhythm disorder mainly to account for 70. 29%, ST - T changes in accounting for 15.84%, the early repolarlzation syndrome 9.9%, other 3.87%. After review in the appropriate ECG, abnormal rate of only 1.16%, Preliminary investigation and review of ECG were significantly different. And those for the corresponding abnormal ECG after review, and conduct preliminary investigation and review results for comparison. ECG analysis review. Conclusion ECG changes of high school students to sinus arrhythmia is the most common, followed by ST - T changes, the occurrence of psychological and emotional stress, the autonomic nervous regulation closely related to the correction of its ECG characteristics do not have clinical significance of cardiovascular disease .
