目的探讨次全子宫切除术的临床应用意义和手术适应证的选择要点。方法根据病历资料和随访结果进行回顾性分析。结果本组152例行次全子宫切除以后,宫体病变140例被彻底切除;阴道流血146例被完全制止;5例瘤体压迫症状解除;15例腰腹痛其中13例缓解,2例减轻;全部病例历经3年随访未发现宫颈残端恶变者。结论宫体患良性病变宫颈检查正常者,若进行手术治疗应将次全子宫切除术列为首选,防止盲目扩大手术范围,一律全切子宫。在合理选择手术适应证的前提下,次全子宫切除术具有一定的临床应用价值。

Objective To investigate the sub-total hysterectomy clinical significance and surgical indications for the choice of points.
