整合是将系统要素综合、重组、互补、凝聚,融合成一个新的整体的过程。它是高职教育发展的宏观视界和创新路径。整合的理论机理和逻辑依据可以从系统论、学科论、创新论、整体教育论、知识论多元视角予以把握。整合的路径包括:教育性质",三位一体"的多元整合;类型产生;多层次、多类型的学校整合;办学途径",工学结合、校企合作"的双向整合;制度建设,配套与体系的完善整合。
Integration refers to a process in which key factors of system are summarized,reconstructed,complemented and integrated into a new one.It is a macroscopic view and creative route of high occupational education development.It is based on systematic theory,creative theory,completive education and knowledge.The route of integration includes the nature of education,multi-element integration,type production,multi-level and multi-types college integration,college operating means,bi-directional integration of work and study,cooperation of college and company,regulation building,integration of subsidiary and system.
