摘要
针对农村职业教育特点,论述农村职业学校建设学生职业能力训练体系的原则,根据技能形成规律,划分出三种职业能力,提出五种类型的职业能力训练体系,并指出强化职业能力训练需要解决的几个问题。
This dissertation,in allusion to the characteristics of vocational education in rural areas,expounded the principles of constructing vocational skills training system.According to the law of skills formation,divided into three kinds of professional competence,proposed five types of vocational skills training system,and indicated several recommendations about strengthening the professional capacity.
