肿瘤个体化诊疗时代的检验医学发展与应对策略 被引量：2

摘要 个体化诊疗医学是近年卫生保健领域发展最广泛、最快速的学科，涵盖遗传学、临床医学、检验医学、病理学、人类基因组学、药物基因组学和环境因素等各个领域。随着人类基因组计划、单核苷酸多态性（singlenueleotidepolymorphism，SNP）计划和国际人类基因组单体型图（HaplotypeMap，HapMap）计划的完成，科学家已基本了解了人类基因组的基因图谱、一级序列、SNPs与其单倍型谱，以及基因表达谱和组学图谱，所有这些图谱都具有明显的个体遗传特征，
