摘要
利用Stamp Engineer数值模拟分析软件,分析模拟薄壁盒形盖的拉伸过程。通过模拟结果预测拉伸可能产生的质量问题,并对原工艺提出相应的改进措施,从而优化产品质量,节约生产成本。
This paper analyzed and simulated the drawing process of thin-walled box-shaped cover by means of the Stamp Engineer numerical simulation software. Simulation results predicted by drawing pieces of quality problems that may arise, and we accordingly made the original process improvements to optimize product quality, reduce production costs.
