针对瓶盖产品生产,产品在不取出模具的时候,将外盖自动盖合在内盖。设计出了抽螺纹结构和自动翻盖扣合装置,按照合理的脱模动作顺序,最后完成了产品的成型要求。模具结构合理可靠,在没有人工干预的前提下,用自动扣合外盖装置,实现了自动化生产,生产效率高。

According to the requirements of bottle cap production injection molding, product is taken out of the mold when the outer cover is automatically closed in the inner cover. Designed drawing thread structure and automation flip buckle structure, in accordance with the reasonable releasing action sequence, finally finished product molding requirements. The mold structure is reasonable and reliable, with automation flip buckle structure, realize the automation of production, production efficiency is high.
