摘要 为了探索Elekta加速器执行容积旋转调强(VMAT)治疗时的工作特性,本研究选取5例VMAT计划在维修模式下进行模拟治疗,记录和分析治疗过程中加速器的剂量率、机架和MLC叶片的运动数据。结果表明,治疗过程中剂量率在6个剂量率间跳变,机架和MLC速度也动态改变。VMAT技术要求加速器动态地控制相关参数,而这些参数可以通过记录数据进行检查,因此VMAT的临床应用,需要加强加速器VMAT相关参数的质量保证。 The aim of this study is to investigate the characteristics of Elekta delivery system for volumetric modulated arc therapy (VMAT).Five VMAT plans were delivered in service mode and dose rates,and speed of gantry and MLC leaves were analyzed by log files.Results showed that dose rates varied between 6 dose rates,Gantry and MLC leaf speed dynamically varied during delivery.Conclusion:The technique of VMAT requires linac to dynamically control more parameters,and these key dynamic variables during VMAT delivery can be checked by log files.Quality assurance procedure should be carried out for VMAT related parameter.
