介绍了电炉烟气余热回收装置,并结合具体工程讲述了该套装置在工程中的实际应用情况,从技术经济的角度分析了该套装置与传统烟气水冷设施相比存在的优势,为今后国内电炉的升级改造及新上项目提供了参考,同时针对该套装置在工程应用中暴露的问题提出了个人意见,以期为今后该套系统的优化设计及快速有效的运行提供借鉴。

The paper introduced the fume afterheat recycling installment of electric arc furnace,and told its practical using situation in the project.Comparing with the cooling installment of water to the fume,this installment has its superiority on technical economy.It must supply some reference to new and innovation project in the future.Moreover,in view of the problems during application,gave some opinions to improve the design and run the system quickly and efficiently.
