色素失禁症伴继发性癫、右侧偏瘫1例报告
摘要
色素失禁症（incontinentia pigmenti,IP）,为一种比较罕见的外胚叶异常的X-连锁显性遗传性皮肤疾病,可累及神经系统,绝大部分患者为女性.
1 临床资料
患儿,女,8个月.因全身色素沉着伴右侧肢体抽搐8个月于2007年6月5日入院.
