摘要 根据壳聚糖与明胶的相容性,制备了壳聚糖膜、壳聚糖/明胶共混膜,研究了增加明胶含量对膜的强度、拉伸位移、溶出率、吸水率的影响.采用FT-IR谱图和XRD谱图分析,研究了膜的微观结构,探讨了共混体系中壳聚糖与明胶的相容性以及分子间的相互作用.当明胶含量在30%时,改性壳聚糖膜的抗拉强度达到最大值;在10%时,它的拉伸断裂伸长达到最大值;20%时,改性膜的吸水率达到最低;改性膜的溶出率则随着明胶含量的增加而增大. According to the compatibility of chitosan and gelatin, chitosan film and chitosan/gelatin blend film were prepared. The influence of gelatin content increase on the film strength, the tensile displacement, dis- solution rate, and water absorption rate was investigated. The microscopic structure of film was analyzed by IR spectrum and X-ray diffraction. The compatibility of chitosan with gelatin and the interaction of the inter- molecules of the complex system were discussed. The tensile strength and the tensile elongation of modified chitosan film reached the maximum value when the gelatin content was 30% and 10%, respectivley. The water absorption rate of the modified film decreased minimum when the gelatin content was 20%, And the dissolution rate increased with the gelatin content increasing.
