摘要 间质性肺疾病（interstitial lung disease,ILD）指主要累及肺间质、肺泡和/或细支气管的一组肺部弥漫性疾病,累及范围几乎包括除细支气管以上的各级支气管外的所有肺部组织。该病主要表现为肺弥漫性浸润、限制性通气功能障碍、肺气体交换障碍,
