氮对奥氏体型热作模具钢组织和性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 向奥氏体型热作模具钢中添加质量分数为0.208%的氮元素,通过显微组织观察、力学性能与热稳定性能测定,研究了氮对该钢组织和性能的影响。结果表明:加入氮后,钢中主要析出相为V(C,N),硬度提高了2HRC;在750℃时的热稳定性更佳,在20h的时效时间内硬度维持在45HRC以上;在晶界处存在形状规则的钒的碳氮化物,降低了晶界强度,使含氮钢的室温横向冲击功下降了约8%。
