西部农村地区老年人口性观念的性别差异研究——基于陕西省农村地区的数据

Study on the Gender Difference of the Sexual Attitude of the Western Rural Old——The Date from the Rural of Shaanxi Province

随着老年人口的增加及其性观念的转变,近年来老年人的性健康受到了人们的普遍关注。文章利用2010年在陕西省进行的调查数据,采用分层线性模型,来考察社会性别变量对农村老年人口性观念的影响。研究结果表明,性别因素对老年人口性观念的影响显著,老年男性比老年女性更支持"老年人应该有正常的性需求"的观念。同时,个人因素和社区因素对老年人口性观念也有影响作用:低龄、已婚且与配偶同住和积极锻炼身体的老年人,更倾向于较为健康的性观念;社区因素中敬老院的设立对老年人的性观念也有一定的影响作用。

The sexual health has been become the focus of the old people with increased of the old.The author analyzed the data of the Shaanxi province in 2010 by Hierarchical Liner Model to studey the effect of the gender difference on the sexual attitude.The results showed that the old male have the more positive sexual attitude than the old female,the married who living with the spouse have more healthy sexual attitude.
