转移抑制基因KAI1/CD82在胃癌的表达及临床意义

Clinical expression and significance of metastasis suppressor genes KAI1/CD82 mRNA in human gastric carcinoma

目的探讨肿瘤转移抑制基因KAI1/CD82mRNA在胃癌组织中的转移表达及其临床意义。方法用逆转录聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)技术检测62例胃癌患者胃癌组织、癌旁组织及远处淋巴结组织中KAI1/CD82mRNA的表达水平,通过测定所得KAI1/CD82基因表达率的中位数来界定,分为高表达组(31例)和低表达组(31例),比较2组临床病理特征。结果 KAI1/CD82mRNA表达水平在TNMⅠ-Ⅱ、无肿瘤周围静脉侵袭以及无远处淋巴结转移的患者明显高于TNMⅢ-Ⅳ、有肿瘤周围静脉侵袭和有远处淋巴结转移者(P<0.05)。结论 KAI1/CD82mRNA表达水平可能与胃癌的分化程度、浸润深度及淋巴结远处转移有关,检测KAI1/CD82mRNA表达水平可作为预测胃癌预后的指标之一。

Objective To study the expression and significance of KAI1/CD82 mRNA in human gastric carcinoma.Methods The expression level of KAI1/CD82 mRNA was detected by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction（RT-PCR） in 62 cases＇ gastric carcinoma tissues,adjacent gastric tissues and beyond lymph nodes,To define 62 cases to high expression group and low expression group according to the expression level of KAI1/CD82 mRNA,and compare Clinical pathology characteristic of two groups.Results The expression level of KAI1/CD82 mRNA in cases who is TNMⅠ-Ⅱ,have no peripheral tumor invasion veinsis and no beyond lymph nodes metastatic is higher than that in cases who is TNMⅢ-Ⅳ,have peripheral tumor invasion veinsis and beyond lymph nodes metastatic（P0.05）.Conclusion The expression of KAI1/CD82 mRNA may correlate to human gastric carcinoma differentiation degree,infiltration depth and beyond lymph nodes metastatic.e To detect the expression level of KAI1/CD82 mRNA could be an index for metastasis prognosis of patients with gastric carcinoma.
