缺血修饰性白蛋白快速测试法的临床应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的评价缺血修饰性白蛋白快速测定法在急性心肌梗死(AMI)诊断的应用价值。方法研究43例AMI病人,35例健康体检者作为对照;所有病例在发病6小时内抽血分别用两种方法测定缺血修饰性白蛋白。结果 AMI组阳性34例,阴性9例,对照组35例全为阴性,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。AMI组用两种方法测定,其中用快速法测定有34例阳性,9例阴性;用仪器法测定有36例阳性,7例阴性,组间差异有统计学意义(P>0.05。结论 IMA快速测试法简单方便,能够应用于临床床旁快速测试。 Objective To evaluate the role of the rapid method of ischemia modified albumin(IMA) in the diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction.Methods 43 AMI patients were detected,and 35 healthy persons were chose as contrast.All patients' blood samples were obtained within 6 hours and their ischemia modified albumin was assayed with two methods.Results In the AMI group,34 samples were positive,and 9 samples were negative.In the contrast group,all of the samples were negative(P0.01).The AMI group was assayed with two methods.There were 34 positive samples and 9 negative samples with the rapid method;there were 36 positive samples and 7 negative samples with the biochemistry analyzer(P0.05).Conclusion The rapid method of ischemia modified albumin is simple and convenient,so it is an effective method for POCT.
