双曝光照相技术在宫颈癌术后放射治疗的临床应用

Clinical Application of Double-Exposure Photography Technique in Postoperative Radiotherapy of Cervical Cancer

目的探讨宫颈癌术后放射治疗实施过程的质量控制。方法利用双曝光照相技术拍摄验证片,将验证片与模拟定位片或DRR片对比,测量和分析验证摆位的误差。结果各方向摆位误差的分布均近似正态分布,宫颈癌术后患者的摆位误差主要发生在患者左右和头足方向。结论利用双曝光照相技术拍摄验证片可以有效减少摆位的误差,提高摆位的准确性,在宫颈癌术后放射治疗过程中有重要作用。

Objective To explore the quality control in process of cervical cancer in postoperative radiotherapy. Methods Double-exposure photography technique was used to take the port film to compare with the simulator planning film or DRR film; the displacement error was measured and analyzed. Results The displacement error in every direction approximated a normal distribution. The displacement error of postoperative patients with cervical cancer occurred mainly in X and Z directions. Conclusion Double-exposure photography technique shooting film can effectively reduce the displacement error and improve the accuracy of positioning, which is useful in the postoperative radiotherapy of cervical cancer.
