王不留行耳穴贴压法对产后泌乳不足的影响及机制研究

Galactogogue Effect and Mechanism of Vaccaria Pyramidata Medic Pressing Ear Pionts in Postpartum Hypogalactia

目的探讨王不留行耳穴贴压法对产后泌乳不足的影响。方法选取2010年6月至2012年1月在我院住院分娩的产后泌乳不足产妇,行王不留行耳穴贴压法治疗,观察泌乳量和血清泌乳素的含量。结果观察组治疗一疗程后,总有效率达89.5%,明显高于对照组(54.5%);观察组血清泌乳素由治疗前的(251.3±46.9)ng/ml,升高至治疗后120小时的(419.6±52.8)ng/ml。结论王不留行耳穴贴压法能促进产后泌乳不足产妇泌乳,其机制与提高血清泌乳素的含量有关。

Objective To explore the effect of vaccaria pyramidata medic pressing ear piont in treating postpartum hypogalactia. Methods Parturient women with postpartum hypogalactia in our hospital from June 2010 to January 2012 were selected to treat with vaccaria pyramidata medic pressing ear pionts. The lactational quantity and serum prolactin were observed. Results The total effective rate achieved to 89.5% in the observation group after one period treatment, significantly higher than that in the control group （54.5%）; the serum prolactin also increased from （251.3 ±46.9） ng/ml before treatment to （419.6 ± 52.8） ng/ml 120 h after treatment. Conclusion Vaccaria pyramidata medic pressing ear pionts can promote the actation in parturient women with postpartum hypogalactia, the mechanism of which is connected with improving the content of serum prolactin.
