结核性胸膜炎125例治疗体会

Experience in Treatment of 125 Cases with Tuberculosis Pleuritis

目的探讨结核性胸膜炎的临床治疗效果。方法回顾分析我院收治的125例结核性胸膜炎患者的临床治疗资料。结果经胸腔闭式引流术治疗后总有效率达100%,胸腔穿刺抽液组总有效率87.5%。闭式引流术加尿激酶治疗组显效率达80%。结论胸腔闭式引流术后给予尿激酶胸腔送药,中毒症状消失快,并发症较少,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical treatment effect of tuberculous pleurisy. Methods The clinical treatment data of 125 patients with tuberculous pleurisy were analysed retrospectively. Results The total efficiency was 100% with closed drainage of thoracic cavity and 87.5% in pleural puncture group; the effectiveness of the treatment group with closed drainage combined with urokinase was 80%. Conclusion Intrapleural injection of urokinase after close drainage of thoracic cavity is worth promoting in clinic due to quick disappearance of poisoning symptoms and fewer complications.
