唇腭裂围手术期的护理体会

Nursing Experience of Cheilopalatognathus in Peroperative Period

目的探讨唇腭裂患儿围手术期的护理措施和注意事项。方法将我院唇腭裂患儿120例给予手术整复治疗,并给予系统的护理措施,随访观察医护效果。结果本组108例患儿获得临床Ⅰ期愈合,治愈率90.00%。经1～2年随访,所有患儿均有不同程度的语音功能改善,仅1例患儿出现腭瘘,术后给予二期手术后获得痊愈出院。结论系统全面的护理措施能有效提高唇腭裂患儿的手术治疗效果,并引导其身心健康发展。

Objective To investigate the nursing measures and cautions ofcheilopalatognathus in peroperative period. Methods 120 children with cheilopalatognathus in our hospital received the plastic operation and the systemic nursing, all of whom were followed-up to observe the effect of nursing. Results 108 cases got the cicatrization of I period, with the recovery rate of 90.00%. Through 1 ~ 2 years of follow-up, the phonetic function of all cases were improved in some extents. Only one case had palatal fistula after operation, and was cured by the operation of II period. Conclusion Systemic nursing can improve the effect of operation on children with cheilopalatognathus, and prompt the development ofweUness.
