气囊导尿管两种拔管方式效果的比较

Effect Comparison of Two Methods of Pulling out Air Bladder Catheters

目的探讨气囊导尿管两种拔管方式对病员自行排尿的影响。方法将本科室400例需给予保留尿管护理的患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各200例。对照组采用基护教材书上的常规方法操作;观察组在常规方法的程序上进行改进,待膀胱充盈后再拔除尿管。结果观察组拔管后自行排尿成功率97%,对照组为62%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=28.15,P<0.05)。结论待膀胱充盈时拔除尿管的方法有利于锻炼膀胱逼尿肌功能,能提高自行排尿成功率。

Objective To explore the influence of two kinds of methods for pulling out air bladder catheters on patients＇ micturation. Methods 400 cases of patients with catheter nursing in our department were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 200 cases in each group. The patients in the control group received the conventional nursing based on the nursing textbooks, while the patients in the observation group received modified nuring based on the conventional nursing, the catheters were removed after bladder filling. Results The success rate of micturation was 97% in the observation group, while 62% in the control group, the difference between the two groups had statistical significance （X2 = 28.15, P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Removing the catheters after bladder filling is beneficial to the function exercise of bladder detrusor, which can improve the success rate of micturation.
