住院患者抗生素应用浅析

Analysis of Antibiotics in Hospitalized Patients

目的调查某医院住院患者抗生素用药情况,促进合理用药,为临床合理用药提供参考,保障患者的用药安全。方法随机抽取医院2010年1至12月出院患者医嘱单,每月100人次,总计1200人次。考察分析出院患者的抗生素使用率与不合理用药情况。结果使用抗生素的患者为724人次,使用率为60.33%。结论住院患者抗生素使用率稍微偏高,住院患者抗生素使用基本合理,但存在着不少问题。需加强对抗生素使用的监督管理,提高医务人员的业务水平。

Objective To investigate the situation of antibiotic drug used for hospitalized patients in a hospital to promote rational administration of drugs and provide reference for clinical drug use. Methods 1 200 cases of hospitalized patients＇ medical orders from January to December 2010 with 100 cases each month. The usage rate of antibiotic drug and situation of unreasonable prescription were analyzed. Results 724 patients used the antibiotics with the usage rate of 60.33%. Conclusion The usage rate of antibiotics in hospitalized patients is slightly higher, the use of antibiotics in hospitalized patients is basically rational, but those are a lot of problems. It is necessary to strengthen the supervision and administration of antibiotics use and improve the vocational level of medical staff.
