大学生就业形势现状及解决途径

The analysis and the discussion about the solution for the current situation of college students’ employment

通过对当前大学生就业的严峻形势进行分析,从大学生就业观念、就业意识、就业实践、就业经验、高校促进就业、创新创业如GYB培训等方面阐述了造成大学生就业形势严峻的原因。根据这些原因,文章分别从大学生自身和高校角度出发,提出了大学生应多参与就业活动、大学生创业以及高校应开设就业指导课程等解决途径。

From these aspects such like the college students’ employment concept,employment concept,employment consciousness,employment practice,employment experience,GYB training for employment innovation,some analysis was made which based on the severe situation for college students’ employment.According these analysis results,the author put forward the following solution ideas which included college students should take employment activities and pioneering works,the university should provide employment guidance and so on.
