摘要
基于有限元分析理论,利用ANSYS软件,对多列烘缸干燥部实验装置的机械性能进行分析。通过静力学分析,得出该实验装置在静态载荷作用下变形情况,校核其静态刚强度条件;通过模态分析,得到了实验装置的前6阶模态频率及模态振型。本文可为多列烘缸干燥部的设计、实施和运行操作提供计算机仿真数值参考及理论依据。
The mechanical property of lab equipment of a multilayered drying section was analyzed in this paper with the theory of finite element method(FEM) and ANSYS software. The deformation under static load was analyzed and the strength and stiffness condition were checked. With modal analysis, the first 6 substep modal frequency and deformation were obtained. Computer numeric simulation and theoretical reference will be provided for the designing, implementation and operation of multilayered drying section.
