AIEC(亚印经合组织)的建立,是四大古文明复兴的呼唤,也是亚洲 - 印度洋地区和世界的盛事、幸事,它将对区域经济、文化、政治和安全发挥重要的作用。

After World WarⅡ , with the development of world multi-polarization and economic globalization, the international economic situation has undergone a series of major changes. The United Nations and the world's three major economic organizations,World Bank (WB), International Monetary Fund (IMF) and World Trade Organization (WTO), constitute the basic global framework for trade, policy and finance. Since 1990s,dozens of different types of regional economic integration organizations have sprouted worldwide, such as EU, APEC, the North AIEC: new space of international cooperation American Free Trade area and the ASEAN.China,the world's second largest economy,is currently involved in three regional economic cooperation organizations,the Shanghai Cooperation Organization,APEC and the China-ASEAN Free Trade Area.There is no regional cooperation organization covering southwest of China along the Indian Ocean region.Therefore,we can build such an organization that across Southwest Asia,the Middle East and Indian Ocean,which name is the Asia-Indian Ocean Economic Cooperation Organization(AIEC) .The region covered A f t e r W o r l d W a r I I,w i t h t h e development of world multi-polarization and economic globalization,the international economic situation has undergone a series of major changes.The United Nations and the world's three major economic organizations,World Bank(WB) ,International Monetary Fund(IMF) and World Trade Organization(WTO) ,constitute the basic global framework for trade,policy and finance.Since 1990s,dozens of different types of regional economic integration organizations have sprouted worldwide,such as EU,APEC,the North by AIEC has a population of 35 million,accounting for 50% of the world's population.The region encompasses the birthplaces of the world four great ancient civilizations——that is,ancient Egyptian Nile Valley,Mesopotamia,Babylon,ancient India,the Indus Valley and ancient China's Yellow River Basin.In addition,the world's four major religions,Buddhism,Islam,Christianity,and Catholicism are also gathered here.AIEC will promote regional economic and cultural booming,which is blessing and spectacular of Asia-Indian and the world.
