溶胶-凝胶法制备TiO_2/PMMA纳米复合材料的研究 被引量:9

摘要 通过溶胶-凝胶法制备了TiO2溶胶,与聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)进行杂化处理制得了TiO2/PMMA纳米复合材料。并将不同量的溶胶与几种不同摩尔质量的PMMA进行复合,得到多种样品。通过透射电镜(TEM)、红外光谱(FTIR)、紫外-可见光谱(UV-Vis)、热失重(TGA)分析研究了TiO2/PMMA纳米复合材料的结构和性能,从而由溶胶含量、PMMA摩尔质量等不同因素对复合材料性质产生的影响作出了解释。结果表明当溶胶含量为1%、PMMA的摩尔质量较低(37.3万g/mol)时,TiO2微粒在聚合物中的分散性较好,粒径较均一,TiO2的加入使得材料的抗紫外线性和热稳定性都有所提高。 This paper used the method of sol-gel to prepare TiO 2 sol and hybridized it into PMMA to acquire TiOg/PMMA nanocomposite. In this way it can be obtained various samples through making amounts of sol with various molecular weight of PMMA composite. The TiO 2/PMMA nanoeomposite's structure and per- formance was analyzed through TEM, FTIR, UV-Vis and TGA and the paper tried to give the explanation about the effect of sol content and PMMA molecular weight on different properties of these samples. The result indicate when the amount of sol contained 1% and the molecular weight of PMMA was relatively low ( 3.73 million g/tool), the TiO2 particles' dispersion in PMMA was better. The material's properties of UV resistance and thermal stability were improved by the accession of TiO2.
