聚丙烯/有机磷酸锆复合材料的制备及性能研究

Study on Preparation and Property of PP/OZrP Composites

采用熔融共混法制得了聚丙烯(PP)/有机磷酸锆(OZrP)复合材料。讨论了OZrP对PP复合材料力学性能的影响。利用XRD、FTIR、SEM、TGA等手段对复合材料的形态结构进行表征。研究结果显示,OZrP的加入能显着提高复合材料的综合性能。加入质量分数3%的OZrP可使复合材料的拉伸强度、冲击强度、弯曲强度分别提高18.2%、62.5%、11.3%,SEM结果表明,OZrP片层均匀地分布于PP基体中。

PP/OZrP composites were prepared through meh-blending. The effects of OZrP on mechani- cal property of PP composites were discussed. The morphology and structure characters of the composites were examined by XRD, VY-IR, SEM and TGA. The results indicated that the addition of OZrP can significantly improve the comprehensive properties of the PP composites. When 3% OZrP were added, the tensile strength , notch impact strength and bending strength of composites were respectively improved by 18.2%, 62. 5% and 11.3% , SEM showed OZrP were well dispersed in PP matrix.
