摘要
针对AP 1000启动给水系统的配置情况,利用一维流体仿真软件Flowmaster建立了供水系统模型。通过开展瞬态分析,在AP 1000在丧失正常电源的瞬态下,1台启动给水泵由备用柴油发电机组供电而正常运行时,突然停转后的仿真结果。对比不同的配置结果,提出在控制阀下游设置进气阀能减小流量的波动。在安装蓄压箱的情况下,能减小流量的波动,同时不会出现压力骤升的情况,能有效防止气穴的产生。依据计算结果,确立瞬态分析特性的控制方法,减小流量的波动并可控制空穴,AP 1000启动给水系统就能更加安全、稳定地运行。
Aiming at the configuration of the startup water-feed system of AP 1000,using the one-dimensional fluid analysis software Flowmaster,a water-feed system model was established.When the normal power supply of AP 1000 is outage,one startup water-feed pump will be driven by standby diesel generator set and will operate normally.Suppose that the pump stops suddenly,based on the transient analysis,the non-steady-state operation of the water-feed system was simulated,and the simulation result was obtained.According to the comparison of the simulation results of different configurations,it was put forward that to install an air intake valve in backward position of the control valve can decrease the fluctuation of the flow.When the gas storage was installed,the fluctuation of the flow can be decreased,and the pressure rapidly increase will not occur,so the cavitations can be prevented effectively.According to the calculation result,the control method of the transient characteristics can be established;the fluctuation of the flow can be decreased and the cavitations can be controlled;so the startup water-feed system of AP 1000 will operate more safely and stably.
