汽轮机冲转过程中轴瓦振动超标原因分析及处理

摘要 广东省连州粤连电厂有限公司连州发电厂#2机组在做汽轮机润滑油系统交、直油泵试验时,由于润滑油系统过压阀不能正常迅速复位,导致润滑油压低跳机,2次热态冲转过程中都因为#1轴瓦振动超标而打闸停机。分析了此次故障的主要原因和暴露的问题,提出了相应的防范措施,可供其他电厂参考。 In the Lianzhou Power Plant of Guangdong Lianzhou Yuelian Power Plant Company Limited,at the process of AC and DC oil pump test of the turbine lubrication oil system of unit No.2,the overpressure valve of the lubrication oil system wasunable to reset normally and quickly;and this leaded to low oil pressure and tripping of the steam turbine.After this,in two times hot-state rolling processes of the steam turbine,the vibration of bearing bush No.1 was exceeded the standard,the turbine had been tripped.The main reasons of this fault and the exposed problems were analyzed,and the relevant preventive measures were put forward,which can be used as reference for other power plants.
