摘要
对四川省2001~2010年通过审定的147个中籼迟熟组杂交稻的米质进行了分析。结果表明:(1)各米质指标在不同组合间的变幅存在很大差异,以垩白度和垩白粒率的变异度为最大,优质达标率最低,说明他们是四川省稻米品质的主要限制因素。(2)籽粒细长的品种垩白率和垩白度低,外观品质较佳,但整精米率不高;直链淀粉含量越小,胶稠度越高。(3)外观因子、蛋白质含量因子、糙米率因子、胶稠度因子和整精米率因子是构成四川杂交水稻品质的主要因子。
By analysis rice quality indexes of 147 late-maturity hybrid rice released by Crop Cultivar Appraisal Commission of Sichuan Province from 2001 to 2010. The results showed that : ( 1 ) there existed great difference in the coefficient of variation of different rice quality indexes among different combinations, especially in chalkiness degree and chalky rice rate, whose ratios of meeting the requirement of good quality rice were the lowest. They were main limit factors in Sichuan hybrid rice quality. (2) Long grain type combinations had good appearance quality with lower chalkiness degree and chalky rice rate, but lower head rice ratio; the lower amylose content was, the higher gel consistency was in the combination. (3) The appearance factor, protein content factor, brown rice ratio factor, gel consistency factor and head rice ratio factor were main factors composed to Sichuan hybrid rice quality.
