Consideration on Innovation of County Library Service Manner Based on User Structure

由于服务水平的下降,县级图书馆已不能适应新形势下的用户需求。论文通过对用户结构的分析,对转变县级图书馆现有服务方式,提供精细化的城区用户服务和常态化的农村用户服务进行了探讨。

Because of the decrease in the level of services, county libraries can not meet the needs of the user in new situation. This paper discusses the manners of providing elaborate service for urban users and constant service for rural users by changing existing way on the basis of user structure analysis.
