摘要
文献流通服务是图书馆的一项重要的中心工作。在信息化网络化条件下,它仍然是图书馆工作的重中之重。然而,在传统观念束缚下的认识偏见和实际工作中存在的轻视流通服务的倾向,却使驱动力缺失,妨碍着图书馆工作的深入开展。图书馆要在机遇和挑战中发展前进,就必须转变观念,紧紧围绕读者服务这个中心,采取切实可行的有力举措,提升馆员的整体素质,努力为读者提供优质高效的文献信息服务,促进图书馆流通服务工作的深化与发展。
Literature circulation service is an important core work of the library, and it is still the most important thing in the library under the conditions of the informationbased network. However, literature circulation service has lost its driving force and lead to hamper of the depth of library work because of the recognizing bias under the bound of traditional concept and tendency of despising circulation service in practical work. In order to develop the library itself in the face of opportunities and challenges, it is very necessary for the library to change its concept and work for the interest of the readers, take practical and effective measures to improve the overall quality of librarians, and to try to provide readers with efficient literature information service of high quality so that the library circulation service can be promoted further.
