摘要
目的研究简约型EAP模式在护士压力管理中的应用效果。方法随机抽取230名护士,运用简约型EAP对护士实施援助,连续干预1年,比较分析干预前后护士压力源量表和护士工作满意度量表评分情况。结果在护士压力管理中,实施EAP前后,调查结果均有统计学意义(P<0.05);在护理专业及工作方面的问题、工作量及时间分配、工作环境及资源方面的问题、病人护理方面的问题、管理及人际关系五大方面差异显著。护士的工作满意度均分较干预前明显增高,特别在排班、同事之间的关系、工作被称赞和认可、工作责任的平衡等方面均明显(P<0.05)。结论简约型EAP模式在护士压力管理中具有可行性,能有效管理和缓解护士压力,提高护士工作满意度,体现了"以人为本"的管理理念。
Objective To investigate the application results of simple type of employee assistance program(EAP)in stress management of nurses.Methods There were 230 nurses who were selected and received the simple type of EAP.After 1 year of continuous intervention,the scores of stressor scale and job satisfaction scale before and after the intervention were compared.Results In the stress management of nurses,there were significant differences before and after the EAP(P0.05)in aspects of nursing profession,work issues,workload,time allocation,working environment and resource issues,patient care management and interpersonal relationship.Compared with the situation before the intervention,the degree of job satisfaction significantly increased,especially in the aspects of work scheduling,the relationship between colleagues,praise and appreciation in work,work autonomy,the balance of work responsibilities(P0.05).Conclusion The simple type of EAP mode is feasible and effective in stress management of nurses and in relieving of nurses' stress,and can increase the degree of job satisfaction and highlight the people-oriented management idea.
