抗水痘-带状疱疹病毒药物的研究进展 被引量：4

摘要 水痘-带状疱疹病毒(Varicella-Zoster Virus,VZV)是一种α疱疹病毒。VZV的初次感染会引发水痘,之后潜伏于神经节中。VZV的再激活会导致带状疱疹和其他多种神经性疾病。目前阿昔洛韦是首选的抗水痘-带状疱疹病毒药物,近年来其它一些处于研究中的抗水痘-带状疱疹病毒药物都表现出较好的抗病毒活性。 Varicella-zoster virus（VZV） is one of alpha-herpes viruses.Primary infection causes varicella（chickenpox）,after which virus becomes latent.VZV reactivates and causes herpes zoster（shingles） and other neurological diseases.Acyclovir is the preferred current anti-VZV agent.In recent years,new molecules in development show improved activity against VZV.
