HPLC法测定甲硝唑片的溶出度

Determination of dissolution of metronidazole tablets by HPLC

目的建立甲硝唑片溶出度的高效液相测定方法。方法色谱柱为Waters Sunfire CI8柱(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(20∶80),流速为1.0 ml.min-1,检测波长为320 nm,柱温为30℃。结果甲硝唑在0.05～0.90 g.L-1浓度范围内呈良好线性关系(r=1.0),平均回收率为100.2%(n=9),RSD为0.39%。结论该方法准确、可靠,可用于甲硝唑片的溶出度测定。

Objective To establish an HPLC method for dissolution of metronidazole tablets.Methods Waters Sunfire CI8 column（4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm）was used with a mobile phase composed of methanol-water（20∶ 80）at the flow rate of 1.0 ml·min-1.The detection wavelength was 320 nm and the temperature of the column was 30℃.Results The calibration curve of Metronidazole was linear in the range of 0.05~0.90 g·L-1（r=1.0）.The average recovery was 100.2% with an RSD of 0.39%（n=9）.Conclusion This method is accurate,reliable and can be used for the dissolution of metronidazole tablets.
