温针灸治疗术后胃瘫综合征的临床疗效分析

Neddle warming therapy for treatment of postsurgical gastroparesis syndrome

目的总结24例术后胃瘫综合征的治疗经验,以提高治疗效果。方法调查该院1998年7月～2009年8月术后胃瘫综合征患者的临床资料,按发病时间顺序将其分为两组,单纯药物治疗组12例和联合治疗组12例,后者采用药物联合温针灸方法治疗,观察治疗后胃肠动力恢复时间和胃液引流量。结果联合治疗组能明显减少胃液引流量(P<0.05)及缩短胃肠动力恢复时间,与药物组比较,胃肠动力恢复时间显著缩短(P<0.01),胃液引流量显著减少(P<0.05)。结论采用药物联合温针灸方法治疗术后胃瘫综合征明显优于药物治疗组,可获得较满意的疗效。

Objective To summarize 24 cases of postsurgical gastroparesis syndrome therapy experience in order to improve therapy effect on PGS.Methods Retrospective analysis of the the clinical date in our hospital from July 1998 to August 2009 was made 24 cases of PGS were randomly divided into 2 groups based on onset time.Group 1（n=12） were treated by single drug treatment,group 2（n=12） were treated by combination treatment,the latter were treated by warming needle moxibustion associated drug.Changes of gastric drainage volume and recovery time of gastro-intestinal dynamic were investigated in the groups.Results The gastric drainage volume ruduced significantly（P0.05） and the time of gastro-intestinal dynamic shortened in the combined treatment group,compaired to the drug treatment group,compaired to the single drug treatment group,the time of gastro-intestinal dynamic shortened significantly（P0.01） and the gastric drainage volume reduced significantly（P0.05） in this group.Conclusion Combining warming needle moxibustion with drug treatment for PGS can bring satisfactory results.
