落后地区海洋经济可持续发展评价系统实例研究——以广西北部湾经济区为例

A Case Study of Assessment System for the Sustainable Development of Marine Economy in Backward Area——A Case Study of Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone

运用复合生态系统场力分析框架与理论,改进区域尺度海洋经济可持续发展水平评价指标体系,提出"海洋经济可持续发展能"的评价指标方法,利用可持续发展度、协调度与发展能之间的关系,判断海洋经济—生态环境—社会系统的耦合模式,以及海洋生态环境对海洋经济的压力状况。通过北部湾经济区的实例分析,表明该指标可以应用于对海洋经济可持续发展水平评价及态势分析。

By using compound ecological system field force analysis framework and theory to improve the assessment index system for regional scale sustainable development level of marine economy,the article comes up with an assessment index method for the sustainable economic development capacity.The relationship between development degree,coordination degree and development ability helps to judge ＂marine economy-ecological environment-social system＂ coupled model and the pressure of marine ecological environment on marine economy.The case analysis of Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone shows the assessment index system can be applied to the sustainable marine economic development and SWOT analysis
