摘要
南宁市农村基础设施建设存在布局不合理、建设资金相对匮乏、管理维护薄弱等问题,应明确政府职能定位,积极开展项目建设,规划先行,统筹安排,创新投入机制,多渠道筹集资金,完善农村基础设施建设和管理新机制。
Unreasonable layout,inadequate construction funds,weak management and maintenance are inclusive in the rural infrastructure construction in Nanning.Accordingly,focus should be placed on governments＇ functions clarification,project construction,planning first,overall planning,investment mechanism innovation,multi-channel financing,and mechanism improvement of rural infrastructure construction and management.
