摘要
随着我国经济的快速发展,国家对燃煤发电机组环保性、经济性提出了更高更严的要求,以及"上大压小"政策的推广,我国单台燃煤发电机组的装机容量600 MW已成为主流。而随着装机容量的增大,对机组的安全运行也提出更高要求。锅炉的稳定燃烧是火电机组安全稳定运行的基础,本文通过古交电厂二期2×600 MW的4号炉3种负荷分别对应的空预器入口氧量为实验工况,对数据提出分析意见,为正常安全经济运行提供参考,并可为机组安全经济运行及调整提供科学理论数据和操作建议。
With the rapid development of our economy, the state puts forward higher and stricter requirement to coal -fired generating units environmental protection and economy, and the promotion of " replacing small units with large ones " policy, the 600 MW installed capacity of single coal fired generating unit in our country has become ma- instream. The stable combustion of boiler is the basis of safe and stable operation in thermal power unit, this article through the three load of No. 4 boiler of second stage of 2 x 600 MW in Gujiao power plant respectively corresponding to the air preheater entrance oxygen content as experimental condition, puts forward opinions on data analysis, pro- vides reference for the normal, safe and economic operation, and can provide science theoretical data and operation suggestion for safe and economic operation and adjustment of the units.
