自然妊娠单卵三胎一例并文献复习

摘要 自然妊娠单卯三胎比较罕见，胎儿不良结局发生率高，选择性减胎术可有效降低流产率和围产儿病死率，但可能导致剩余胎儿的丢失，治疗方案应慎重。对单卯多胎者一经超声诊断则应密切监测，发现异常应积极干预。
