摘要
基于北京地区12所全日制普通高校的实证调研,收集963名大学毕业生有效样本,运用分层逐步回归分析法,从资源使用视角探讨大学毕业生求职行为的动员机制。研究发现:求职自我效能与求职目标清晰度指标对求职资源动员行为均有显著影响。但是,两者的动员路径存在显著差异,求职自我效能高的毕业生更倾向于增加动员人际交往类求职资源行为;而求职目标清晰度高的毕业生,则采用就业目标导向、有选择地动员求职资源策略。
Based on the data collected by a survey among 963 university graduates in Beijing in 2009, this paper analyzes the mechanism of the cognitive factors to influence college students' job hunting behavior from the perspective of job resource mobilization. As is revealed, both the selfefficacy and objective clarity in job hunting greatly affect the students' behaviors in mobilizing job resources; however, the mobilizing approaches diverse significantly. Those with higher self-efficacy in job hunting are more likely to amplify and take advantage of their interpersonal relations, whereas those with higher objective clarity would adopt the strategy more selective and target-oriented in mobilizing their resources.
