The report demonstrated the first lifelong education credit bank system in China,Shanghai Lifelong Education Credit Bank System,through the analysis of its establishment background,target,functions and features,along with operational strategies.The report also briefly analyzed the difficulties and challenges confronted in the case of Shanghai lifelong education system,in order to connect the lifelong learning systems from different provinces and cities all over China,and link up the educational service at all levels.
